The early-bird rate will be charged at checkout until April 25. Early Bird registration cost (until April 25) is $1,600 for first registrant, $1,350 for second, $1,100 for third. After that date, the cost will be $1,850 for first registrant, $1,600 for the second, $1,350 for the third. All meeting fees and meals are included.
